Policies

 

 

  • Prices shown on rentals are based on one day of use per item. Delivery or pickup will be the day prior and returns occur the day after the requested rental day. Long term rates vary depending on items requested and availability. Charges on items are incurred for time out not time used.

 

  • A 30% deposit is required to reserve the order, which becomes non-refundable within 30 days of the event.

 

  • Tent rentals require a 50% deposit to insure the availability of limited quantities. This is a non-refundable deposit.

 

  • Delivery and pickup for any item is available for an additional charge. The price quoted will be based on distance traveled to an easily accessible location (accessible via hand-truck within 100 feet of parking area). Upon pickup items should be stacked in the same manner, at the same location that drop-off occurred.

 

  • Items that are missing or damaged upon return will be billed to the customer for the replacement cost of the item.

 

  • A damage waiver is assessed to each contract covering most normal use wear and tear of the rental equipment. All About Weddings reserves the right to charge for damage exceeding these parameters at our discretion.
